Licensed Flood Damage Restoration service in Oneonta, NY - Aqua Guard Water Damage

Flood water almost never arrives alone — debris, contamination, and structural stress usually show up together, so our assessment covers all three instead of treating the water as the only issue.

None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room flood damage restoration call or a larger one.

Flood water from storms or groundwater is handled as Category 3 unless proven clean.

Response during storms is prioritized by severity, with active flooding handled first.
Will insurance cover flood damage restoration?
Coverage depends on your policy; we provide documentation to support whatever claim applies.
What happens to materials that can't be dried?
They're removed, documented with photos, and disposed of properly.
Do you handle both residential and commercial flood damage?
Commercial flood jobs get the same protocol as residential, just with larger equipment.
How do you prioritize calls during a widespread storm event?
We coordinate multiple crews during storm events rather than working a single queue.
